How much does Adhan2Go cost?

Adhan2Go is completely free to our subscribers. There's no credit card required, and no hidden fees will be charged to your mobile phone bill.

In what countries does Adhan2Go work?

Adhan2Go will send prayer time alerts for any U.S. location and any location in Canada. Currently, we only support U.S.-based mobile carriers, but we can send alerts to U.S. mobile numbers located in Canada, if that makes any sense.

My mobile phone bill has increased since I subscribed to Adhan2Go. Why?

Adhan2Go is completely free and has no extra or hidden fees. However, it is possible your mobile phone provider is charging you for extra text messages. We highly recommend that you subscribe to a bulk text-messaging plan from your mobile phone provider while you are a Adhan2Go subscriber.

My phone's memory is filled with Adhan2Go messages, how can I prevent this?

All phones have a maximum number of text messages allowed in memory at any one time. Most new phones have an optional setting to automatically delete old text messages to make room for new ones. You should look in your phone's user manual or check with your mobile carrier to see if your phone has this feature.

What happens if I don't receive a prayer reminder?

Sujood will do its best to ensure that all Adhan2Go prayer reminders are delivered in a timely fashion. However, some factors are out of Sujood's control, such as mobile phone reception and latency in the mobile phone wireless network. When the network is busy or your mobile phone service is spotty, you may receive your alerts late. We estimate that over 95% of our alerts are received within 10 minutes of the target time (the beginning of the prayer time). If you do completely miss a prayer reminder, please contact Sujood immediately so we can attempt to determine the cause.

How can I cancel my Adhan2Go service?

Simple. Send an email to info@sujood.com with "Cancel My Service" in the subject line. We will send you a verification email. Once you verify your cancellation, you will no longer receive Adhan2Go messages reminding you to pray. Please do not reply to any text messages you receive from Sujood. We do not monitor replies we receive to our Adhan2Go alerts and will not be able to respond to any cancellation requests we receive in this manner.

Can I transfer my service?

Our Terms of Service stipulate that your Adhan2Go service is non-transferable.

Your menu only offers Hanafi prayer times or "Standard". Why is non-Hanafi lumped together?

When calculating prayer times, Shafi, Malaki, Hanbali, Shi'a and other non-Hanafi madhahib use the same calculation method for 'Asr. Hanafis calculate a later 'Asr time. Because there are many different madhahib, and because we have no interest in gathering this kind of information on our members, the Sujood team decided to simply organize the calculation method options into two broad groups.

Sujood doesn't yet offer features I would like to see for Adhan2Go. What can I do?
